New decanter shipped out same day. And arrived in time for bossmans birthday. The reason I give it a 4 star is the fact that the engraving on the new decanter was not centered. But other than that, they have great customer service, fast shipping, and the decanter set looks like it will last a lifetime. I'm thinking of buying one for myself.”
