“Wow! What an awesome company! I want to buy more just because of how professional they are. I ordered an engraved whiskey glass. When it came in, I noticed that the bottom of the glass was slanted, as if it was not made properly. I sent a short message to notify them and received a response not long after. They shipped me another on express shipping. It came in a couple days later and was perfect.
