“This is a big, sturdy utensil. Unfortunately, I wanted a small, sesitive probe like are used at buffets that would measure the temp. of thin items like fish fillets and burgers. This will do that to some degree, but it is not made for that in my opinion. It is easy to use and seems like a good product for thick steaks etc. My mistake.”

Picture boxes are impossible to read. Temperature chart seems to be on the low side i.e. for medium rare lamb chops should be about 144 degrees. You suggest 130 - 135 degrees.”
