“The glasses I was hoping to be made of a thicker glass- it’s not cheap but I’ll be hand washing it and putting it away quickly to prevent chips. The design is a light frost that will pop with a darker liquid in the glass. Our customization came in wrong- customer Service acknowledge the error in quickly, turned around and gave us new glasses. No hassle at all”
