“I ordered the phantom skull decanter and glasses as a gift for my husband. When I received it the glasses we're fine however the decanter was not it was shattered! I called and left a message with home wet bar and got a call back in less than an hour spoke with David. David was very helpful and empathic to the fact that the decanter had broke. He asked that I take some pictures as best I can without hurting myself and email them to him, I did just that and less than 5 minutes later got a reply email from David letting me know that my replacement decanter has been put in as a rush request and would be shipped out the following day and it was. I received the replacement decanter and it was perfect not broken. Overall great customer service and just for that I will be a return customer and will highly suggest home wet bar to friends and family!”
