“The mug was of excellent quality and very durable. The engraving was excellent with only a small imperfection, but that's to be expected with hand engraving. I do however with the font was larger, that's the only reason I don't give this mug five stars and instead give it four. Overall, an excellent buy.”
“Got these mugs for Christmas gifts - the mugs themselves are nice but disappointed how small & hard to see the personalization is. Thought the printing would be bigger & easier to see (was much easier to see on the website). Would be better if they had a program so you can see how the engraving would look on the mug when ordering, especially the size of text- if I had known how it looked, I would never have ordered them. So disappointed, especially having to give sub-par gifts next month or having to go spend more $$ to have mugs done again elsewhere.”
