“Ok so this was a Christmas gift for me, and I was so excited to have engraved beer glasses. they are a set of 4 and were packaged and shipped with a marble Cigar ashtray .... and yeb all were crushed UHG. So, I email customer service alerted them and supplied a Pic! Never fear the customer service kicked into gear! They answered my email within a few hours and responded with the solution immediately! A replacement set is on the way! Incredible customer care and service !!
