“The glass steins are nice. Ordered for a birthday gift with expedited shipping. They arrived in time. Good thing I opened the box and unwrapped them, as one of the engraved plates was not attached. A bit of super glue fixed the problem. Oddly, the box had little notes indicating people pack and inspect the items...maybe a refresher on quality assurance & customer satisfaction is needed.”
