Shipping time was extremely quick. I was very impressed at the extreme measures taken to insure the glasses did not break.
The quality of the glasses are overall great. As for the Glencairn glasses, they’re absolutely perfect. I love the shin and weight of the glass.
While falling in love with my new Glencairn glasses I noticed something was off. My name was unfortunately engraved wrong. I sent a message and they not only responded back quickly, they rush ordered a new pair, free of charge. Now that’s what I call service!”
“Glasses are well made and sturdy. Fit in the fingers is good and the glass lip is perfect. Only complaint is the personalization etching is not deep at all and I do not see it wearing well.”
