“Shipping was fast. Packaging was secure and kept glasses from breaking. The issue I have is that the etching on the glasses is very light, almost indiscernible. If I had time before Christmas, I would have considered returning them. Instead, I decided to make due. The recipient was happy despite my disappointment.”
