“I bought this as a gift for a large man who likes his whisky, as a joke that it would look about the right size in his hands (not encouraging him to drink it all in one go!). He loved it, but I don't know if he's put any liquid in it or how well it has lasted. The metal feels a little flimsy at first, its not meant as a heavy-duty flask (it's a novelty after all) so I was worried about getting it engraved. However, once you find an engraver with a suitable expandable machine, it takes the engraving without any difficulties. The packaging wasn't great - it looked a bit cheap and arrived dented, so I wrapped it without the box. The flask was also a little bit damaged around the mouth of the flask (the bit holding the lid is not solid metal and the coating had flaked a bit, plus the lid itself was fiddly to screw back on) but I didn't have time to return it for an exchange. Overall, this didn't detract too much though - it was a fun, unique novelty gift that I've not seen anywhere else (and I've done a lot of searching for novelty drinking gifts!), just don't expect the highest quality 'serious' flask.”
