“Hands down best customer service I have ever received. The order was for a birthday present and was initially supposed to come in a day late, I emailed the seller expecting to pay a fee to get it expedited and they were very understanding of the situation and said they would do everything they could to get it out in time, and they did! Free of charge no less. When the package did arrive, one (small) item was missing (from a multi-item shipment) and they responded within a few hours apologizing and offered a rush shipment of the entire package to me at their own expense. Will definitely choose them again for any home bar needs, would give 6 stars out of 5 if possible.”
