“First, I am happy with the four glasses. The quality looks great and the embossing turned out just fine. The first tweak is to use a new font or something when the name includes a Q. This will happen a lot with Scottish names. You have to strain hard to distinguish between the Q and the O. I had both. The second tweak is to change your delivery advertisement or change your delivery service. You advertised three days delivery. As it turns out, I got them ten days later (including the weekend.). As I said these are tweaks; overall, I’m happy.”
