My only disappointments were that a) there was a bit of a wood grain texture remaining in the letter portion of his monogram and b) the glasses weren’t facing up in the package when he opened it so he didn’t see the etching. But they were packaged right and didn’t break and the piece was overall gorgeous. Will recommend again”
