The order I received had a mistake on the monogram and as soon as I let them know, they took care of me and rushed an order through even with all of the Christmas orders. Like others noted, depending on what the marble looks like, the monogram may look a little faint but that doesn’t bother me! It’s going to be covered most of the time anyway while it’s used. Maybe I didn’t look at the dimensions, but this is larger than I thought it would be and I love that all four corners have a resting spot for the cigars. Nice heavy piece. “I ordered two, one for my husband and one for my brother in law. I really like the weight and style of this cigar ashtray. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because one of the ashtrays I purchased was way more zebra patterned than I expected— black with some white striations. It was as much white as black, which is not what I wanted. I think the seller should’ve sent a photo before engraving it for this particular one because it was not typical.”
“Keith was great! I was indecisive and he answered my questions quickly. The ashtray is beautiful, a good heavy weight for the outdoor patio and the marble is handsome, very masculine. Even though the monogram doesn't show too much once ashes are present, it's the thought that counts and once it's cleaned, they reappear. My hubby knows it's there, and whenever you monogram a gift, it makes it more personal! It is now part of our outdoor coffee table decor.
