“The glass I ordered has a seam running down the middle of the inscription. I called customer service and spoke to Keisha. Keisha apologized for my dilemma and quickly offered to send me a replacement of a different glass that she was sure would not have the same problem. Within a week I received the glass. I gave 1 star for the original cup but am giving Keisha 5 stars for her exceptional customer care.”
