“I retract my previous review, I'd still give it 4 stars but I don't know how to delete my previous review so i wanted to counteract it with 5. The woman I spoke to on the phone to get this fixed was very helpful and genuine and will be sending me a replacement by the time of my ceremony. The customer service is great and extremely appreciated, thank you so much.”
“The graduation stoles looked great, especially the gold trimming! But I'm writing this review to give recognition to Ricardo who provided excellent customer service during the busy graduation season. When we placed our order, the estimated time of delivery did not reflect the actual time of delivery with the customization. I received a call that there was no way to fulfill our order in time for our graduation. However, after calling other places and discovering that it was impossible to find another vendor or local embroidery company that could add the customization for us with the short time frame, I called Honors Graduation back and Ricardo picked up my call. He showed great understanding and patience and did everything he could to accommodate our order. In the end, he was able to switch our customization from embroidery to digital printing, which allowed us to get our stoles in time for our event! I really appreciated Ricardo's excellent customer service!”
“Product is good, place and order and showed shipped but never was notified that they were outof stock. We started to get nervious as stoes were not in and called to find out they had no stock. We had to replace and paid extra for the overnight shipping”
