“The stoles turned out great! I know y'all are super busy toward this end of the year, but I think the extra shipping payments could be improved somewhat. If a customer pays for 2 day shipping, the product should be shipped in 2 days. If the business is super busy and this is not possible, then this option should be taken away. I paid $100 extra dollars to have fast shipping, and it shipped in a week and a half, which is how long it took without paying extra shipping in the middle of the semester. This is misleading to customers who pick the option for speed shipping. Also, communication could be improved--each time I have sent an email with the image as asked, and the mock-up has not included the year on the other side of the stole, which I specified in my original order. Attention to detail and clear communication could be improved. However, the end result is always awesome!”
Hi Rose, we're sorry if you were dissatisfied with the speed in which you received your stoles. Just a little clarification, our custom stole turn around time right now is 3 weeks, and that's until we ship it. We got yours to you in a week and a day. The 2 day or expidited shopping doesn't come into effect until after your order is complete and shipped out. You also paid a rush fee. That was to bump you up to the front of the line so that we could get your stoles done in one week instead of three. Hopefully that makes sense. Even when we aren't busy we can't get custom stoles to you in two days. It would still take a week or two to make the stoles custom before shipping them. If you want blank stoles we can ship those out the day of and get them to you the next day. It just takes longer to customize then. Hope this helps. Thank you for your business!
“Stoles are better quality than most on the market, however, this year the purple stoles had too much variation in color which causes difficulty in filling larger orders and using twill lettering. I did not have this problem in years past. Would suggest working with your supplier to correct the problem.
Customer service was extremely helpful and tried their best to get me what I needed and I appreciate their efforts. I would definitely order again and hopefully the purple problem will be resolved.”
