“I called to place an order. The person who took my order was very helpful, but claimed that there was a problem with the computer and could not enter my information. He offered to write down my info, and put in the order when the computers came back up. He called me back with a confirmation number and a few days later I received my order. THEN, when I checked my credit card statement later that month, there was a charge at 2 different gas stations near your office; an Exxon Mobile and Conoco both in Columbia New Jersey. I would be willing to bet that the person who took my order lives in that area. It just seems too coincidental for my liking. The hose was good. The service was suspect.”
Aaron, I can assure you that we do not share nor keep any credit card information. It is all processed through the website and Shopify's payment portal. We are located in Greenville, SC which is quite far from New Jersey by a few hundred miles. We are sorry to hear that this happened to you as I can relate to my personal card information being swiped at a gas station pump and the last one on a large pizza retailers app. Please reconsider your review as the card activity you mentioned was nowhere near our office.
