“Problem with product the flote section will no stay clipped to bowl plastic clipes not holding allowing continius flow into bowl. Fault in design otherwise good product.
Would like a replacement It would be appreciated”

“Don't bother purchasing this product. After 3-4 months of use, the float mechanism pivot point seizes up and doesn't move anymore. Meaning that the bowl no longer fills by itself. I've had to request multiple replacements of the float, but recently Hoselink denied me a replacement saying its out of warranty. If something fails regularly after 3-4 months, then Hoselink should either withdraw the product from the market, or offer replacements at no charge. The replacement float is also ridiculously expensive at $14 for a bit of plastic.
This is the last time I purchase anything from Hoselink and I've purchased a lot.”
Thank you for your feedback Chris! I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the float for your Auto-Fill Pet Bowl! This is not something that is a common occurrence on this product. This does have a 1-year warranty period so unfortunately outside of that it would be chargeable for replacement parts, I can see we have issued you 5 replacements in the past and we are sending you another one out again as a goodwill gesture. Apologies for any inconvenience caused!

“Very dissatisfied, the hose link connectors where great quality but the way the float mechanism clips into the top of the bowl is terrible as it constantly want to unclip itself, the plastic lugs that hold it to the base are not doing their job properly.
Ive had to glue the float mechanism to the base twice now, definitely would not recto anyone.
