“Hijust to advise purchased two extra packs. both packs had issues where they wouldn't connect together.Found one of the inner parts was not turned all the way in .same fault on both.i have fixed it .thought i would give you the heads up in case you have a batch of them.Had your products for a long time no issues love them.No issues with nozzle kit. “I have addressed this issue with you guys previously;The flow handle on the hose connecter is reversed and counter intuitive to its operation. The flow lever/handle on the spray attachments are correct and opposite to the connecter Flow Lever, which when in the forward position is OFF and when pulled back towards the operator is ON. The causes ongoing confusion when attempting to water gardens, operate sprayers and other attachments.Please correct this frustrating ignoramus.”
