“This starter kit was an extra for making a purchase (great extra) wnen it arrived it was missing a piece but I contact link & they sent out missing piece promptly I have purchased from Hoselink before I have never been disappointed their products are great and recommend them to everyone .They are quick to respond from the smallest enquiry to everything else a person needs Plus Delivery was prompt as well”
“I would say fantastic but, unfortunately I cannot as the Starter Kit is pretty much redundant if the main product- ie the Hose Reel Kit has arrived at the same time. But, due to COVID (so they say) is delayed by the local post and they’re not responsible for the delay. I say you are until your customer had received the order. If Hoselink have they own delivery team, this wouldn’t have happened. So very disappointed!”
