“I would say fantastic but, unfortunately I cannot as the Starter Kit is pretty much redundant if the main product- ie the Hose Reel Kit has arrived at the same time. But, due to COVID (so they say) is delayed by the local post and theyre not responsible for the delay. I say you are until your customer had received the order. If Hoselink have they own delivery team, this wouldnt have happened. So very disappointed!”
