“As always the product arrived in good time and everything was in good order except the fitting that screws onto the tap had a perished washer in the top of it. This is the first problem I have had with an order as all products are usually in good order. I contacted the customer service and they emailed me back&. I am afraid I must not have worded my queries right as I was sent a new washer but the wrong one&.. but I got my husband to cut one down so it is working fine. I appreciated the fast arrival of the spare part that was sent, always good service and friendly operators etc.”
