The experience of dealing with knowledgeable staff on a one to one basis was better than the current on-line experience, having visited your business again in person to find that I had to order the items on line for a friend in Tasmania. In respect of the Hoselink product there is no equal. All are still perfect.”
“The fittings work wonderfully, but the one full fitting (2 pieces) had numerous light brown marks on it, which will not clean off, so looks like a seconds item. Also unsure if this will affect the lifespan of the product.”
