By discussing the problem over the phone, the staff at hiselink were able to understand, and then offer a solution to the problem with Hoselink products. The products arrived promptly, and yes, all pieces sent eliminated our problem. The bill was offered in such a way that we saved a significant amount, as we were offered 'starter kits' instead of individual pieces, which was very decent of the staff. I was very impressed with the staff and the product, and when our home hoses require replacing, I will be changing all to Hoselink products.”
