“I brought back my entire hose which has a Hoselink basic starter kit fitting that was leaking and it turned out that the fittings were from a problem batch, The friendly service personnel at Hoselink quickly replaced both ends without any problem. I no longer have any problems with this hose, or with the 30 meter retractable Hoselink unit I received in Christmas 2012. The Hoselink pressure unit that I use washing the car and house windows works very well and so does the Hoselink conversion to traditional links that my wife uses on the commercial window cleaning liquid dispensers that come with only the traditional (but not dependable) linkage. I have full confidence on all Hoselink products and recommend them to everyone I can.”
“I used to avoid watering because the hose connections would explode off and saturate me. No matter how carefully I assembled and how hard I twisted. I'd check and change pieces twice daily, twist tighter, strain and pray this time it would hold. I must have purchased at least 10 spray nozzles, adaptors, connectors etc over the last few years. Short ones, long ones, all with 10 different spray patterns. Some of them are still in their plastic due to my crushed belief in their ability to do the job. No matter what I did, after a couple of once months, then weeks and more recently minutes, a geyser would erupt and I would get soaked. I gave up for months. Once I didn't water for a year. Couldn't be bothered. I put the concern of summer in the Blue Mountains and the possibility of fires in the deep recesses of my mind. The vegies, herbs and lawn looked miserable. Who cares I rationised. If there is a fire you'll all be gone. I repeatedly was heard mumbling I'm over it. I don't want to ever plant another tomato. Then one day the painter was washing his brushes. I heard a yelp and then he appeared at the door without his shirt. Fred the handyman and I couldn't stop laughing. He thought we were laughing at his physique. We were. Anyway, this happened to him every time he needed to wash his brushes. Someone else being drenched prompted me into action. I ordered Hoselink which I'd seen on the tele. Now I'm watering again. All the vegies, plants, herbs & lawn are thriving are happy. And that's The Happy End of my once sorry saga.”
