“I have not used this as yet as I still have got the old one on. I was disappointed as I thought it was metal same as the current one, however it is plastic & I am concerned it may not last as long as the old one has!I have used the old one for many years & love it!”

Hi Janis, thank you for your the review, appreciate your feedback.If you are referring to the retractable hose reels, due to them being spring loaded, they will require some strength to pull the hose out therefore, if you have shoulder problems - this is not the product for you.We can reduce the tension slightly but it does need to remain quite tight to ensure the hose continues to fully retract.
