“The connectors take a little while to get the hang of, but are super reliable and there is no concern about them popping off, unlike my old connectors. The gun is easy to use, but the best thing about the kit is the water flow stopper. No more having to kink the hose or turn of the tap to stop the water flow to change attachments. I'll definitely be purchasing some more of the flow stoppers!”

“Firstly I am very pleased with the quality of this product and it lives up to expectations with no leaks and does the job. I was however quite surprised at the length of time it took to process the order and dispatch the goods. Nearly a week from memory. Australia post took their time of course but these days placing an order online one day, I would expect it to be dispatched the same day or certainly the next. I did actually think something must have gone wrong. I will deal with you again but I think it would be good to have a statement to the effect that your orderwill be dipatched within so many days so as not to raise expectations at the checkout. Alternatively streamline the order processing.”
