“We wanted to replace an older Hoselink attachment but found the instructions difficult to follow or the connections are faulty & don’t do what they are meant to. We ended up with something that works but had to leave part of the assembly off as it just doesn’t do what it is meant to! Disappointed- our older hoselink assembly worked well for quite a few years before leaking (longer than most) but I don’t hold out much hope for this lot.”

We value your feedback and will be taking a look into the instructions provided in order to improve this for future.From the photos, the fittings you have left over are the hose connector with flow control and the universal tap connection. The tap connection should screw onto your outside tap and just connect directly to the hose end connector (part you have fitted). Rather than confuse you further and trying to type out the steps, we are going to email through a video link which will clearly show what steps to take and hopefully get this new set all up and running for you!We understand your disappointment, especially coming from an older Hoselink assembly that served you well for many years.
