We contacted Hoselink and replacement was send immediately ,with no extra cost to us - Thank you for excellent service - much appreciated. The new hose gun is excellent quality. If I ever need to purchase another hose gun from Hoselink I will purchase the trigger style as it is easier to control as you get older.
