“I bought the original as a part of a 30M hose reel. The whole unit is great and the best I have ever used. A problem came when the flow adjuster on the nozzle mysteriously broke in two and fell off followed by the hose attachment also broke. On contacting Hoselink a complete starter kit was quickly sent to me at no cost. Problem solved Great.”

“This item was sent at no cost due to missing part. Item was scheduled for delivery between 18 and 22 January. This was then amended next day to `Mid Next Week'. (ie still in January). This was then amended to a date in February which alarmed me having to wait so long. This was subsequently delivered the day before the original 18 January..ie delivered on Monday January 17... ! I have still not installed the item due continued rain.. I am fitting item to an outside garden tap which has an external thread at the outlet. I'm having difficulty removing the original hose connection. I have now rescued the original green connection having suitably lubricated with the supplied silicon lubrication and hope to be fitting everything as soon as I can turn the water off at the meter..... and this means waiting until all family member have left the house which can take some time.”
“Great product, doesn't leak, happy with purchase and delivery. However it took me a while to work out how to connect together without instructions. Wasnt sure which end (tap or spayer) to attach the largest piece. Then after attaching all pieces, the hose kept slipping. Later I realised there is a small plastic part that is required to insert to stop hose from detaching. Anyway, I finally figured it out. Hey guys, surely, surely, surely, shipping out instructions with the product is basic requirement. 1 less star for taking your customers for granted!”
