“Unfortunately the attachments did not go together. It was like the thread on the fittings were already stripped or not manufactured correctly. I was fortunate to have had another fitting from my original Al hoselink purchase that I could use the power j9zzle as it was designed to be used. This is the only reason why I haven't been in touch as I had a solution that actually worked. Your products are generally of a very high standard.”
“I’m extremely happy with HoseLink fittings, hoses and hose reels. I’ve been using them now for about 4 years and won’t go back to standard hose fittings and I always recommend friends to buy HoseLink. I have now change all the hose fittings and most of my hoses around the house. The hose reels have caused no issues and retract well and the hoses have remained like new. The fittings are strong and have never leaked a drop of water so I haven’t had to service or change any replacement ‘o’ring seals. I love the shut off valve feature on the hose outlet fitting as it allows you to remove the multi spray attachment without going back to the house tap to stop the water flow. I have however had two of the shut off handles break for no apparent reason. I’m hoping that HoseLink has addressed this problem with the latest fittings sets I’ve just purchased. Can I order new fitting shut off handles as a replacement part ?Regards W. Staples”
