Hi Paul, thank you for reaching out. Sorry you have experienced issues with your Hoselink set-up. We would just like to confirm the hose you are using this on, does have an internal diametre of 12mm? As you are not using a Hoselink hose, this could be causing a problem. Given the water is leaking out from the back of the connection, looks like a fitting issue. Therefore, we would recommend using boiling water to fit our connections and ensure the hose is pushed all the way down onto the stem using the split ring.
