“We are probably unusual that we actually saw the New Inventors programme where you competed. I don't recall whether we actually saw if you won that particular episode. However, we were very impressed with the product then. We are especially impressed that you succeeded in marketing it so well. We really wonder how many sacrifices you and your family probably had to make to actually start to make a profit. That says even more about the quality of Hoselinks. Being able to look on the internet before we made our purchase was so informative. We understood immediately what parts we needed and how to use them. The other thing we appreciated was that you have even improved the product instead of standing on your laurels. How we know this is, you asked us did we need the product immediately, or did we want to wait until the new improved ones were available. As we were not needing it urgently we were grateful to wait, It shows you as a company are interested in our satisfaction . There are not many companies that wouldn't just take the money offered. We are getting such great service from them that we hardly think about them, as they work as advertised. The only problem we have is with our cheap hoses, as we have to still use the cheap ones on the market”
