Your ads show the strength of the connectors by pulling them apart, however, when I pulled the hose without realising I had come to the end of the hose length, I was pulling it sideways and the connector broke at the join between the two connectors. Your staff did the right thing by me and forwarded a new connector, gratis. I must say I am a happy Hoselink user and am impressed with your products, especially the fact that they don't leak and are of high quality generally.”
