“I've been waiting years for someone to invent a product like Hoselink's garden fittings. Connections for hoses, reels and attachments - genuinely leak-proof and burst-proof. Brilliant.”
“I do like to product however there is no clear guidance on what connectors are needed to connect additional products. I purchased to 7 function nozzle and cannot attach it to the hose as the right connecting piece was not included. There was no guidance on the site to tell me exactly which piece I would require. I have gone back to the site to buy additional pieces that I thought I would need and none of them were the right piece so I still cannot attach the 7 spray to the hose and cannot find the piece I need to make the hose connect. There should be more guidance on the site to let the customer know which pieces they will need or packages put together to help the customer with the right pieces and I couldn't find that information and don't want to waste more money buying incorrect pieces. This is very frustrating as I have a hose that won't do the functions I purchased it for because of this problem and it feels like it is intentionally this way to trick the customer out of more money”
