“Unfortunately, even though I ordered this back on Sunday 31 July I have yet to receive it. I have been tracing it through my post app and it appears to have been delivered to Kelso, then on to Molong and today I have seen it is now back at a Sydney facility. It is down for 'supposed' delivery between Tuesday 22 and Friday 25 August. This is not good enough.”
