“I like the Hoselink products but the only issue that I have is that the hose to tap connector requires a swivel the same as the connector with the male thread for screwing into sprayers etc. I find the pressure put on the connector because it can't swivel actually unscrews the joiner at times.”

“Hi. I found the fault with the one supplied with previous hose reel. The large rubber washer inside had a groove in it preventing a good seal on the tap. Causing it to leak slightly.
