“Good idea with video to explain how to use the individual items but not all details eg where to put the metal top brake on the manual hose reel that I bought.Sometime it's hard for me to turn the reel to the left or to the right because it must be facing top where we pull the hose otherwise it will not rolling.Overall I am happy I choose hoselink, pulls the customer service are excellent, the staff are friendly and look after the customer with heart not just want money from the customer.. “A few years ago i purchased a complete hose reel with all fittings and five hose tap connectors. It didn’t take long before the hose reel fittings were leaking like a sieve. So being an ex master plumber i revised the system and disconnected the wind up section and replaced it with a joiner at the reel which connects tap to reel. Since one of the tap connectors had split and green colour became almost white and the the white markers for lining up connections had long disappeared i decided to replace all the fittings at the taps. I figure the rest were probably not far from breaking down given one was already split For the sake of disconnecting one extra joiner between reel and tap that part is fixed cheaply. Connectors are good quality. I didn’t want to disgard the reel with decent rubber tyres on your early model. Overall i am happy with your products. I have most spare washers etc purchased previously. I have used the starter kit on another hose reel for a different location. So 2 for one. Better than most other hose systems”
