“Good idea with video to explain how to use the individual items but not all details eg where to put the metal top brake on the manual hose reel that I bought.Sometime it's hard for me to turn the reel to the left or to the right because it must be facing top where we pull the hose otherwise it will not rolling.Overall I am happy I choose hoselink, pulls the customer service are excellent, the staff are friendly and look after the customer with heart not just want money from the customer..
