“I made a mistake and chose 18mm fittings instead if 12mm - I blame old age and unnecessary haste.Could I please return these and replace them with 2 x 12 mm tap fittings and other bits to make up the amount.”
“My hose real arrived damaged, the outside was squeezed, crinkled. I’m also finding the hose to be frustrating to use. The hose twists the head around the wrong way and I must fight it to face the head around the correct way when in use”
