“I have been through four different hose connectors before I purchased this one, all from a well-known hardware store. Each either couldn't cope with the pressure and leaked, or just failed after a period of time. So far this hoselink joiner has been brilliant, no sign of a leak, looks extremely robust and the locking mechanism gives me confidence. Time will tell, but after a few weeks, my experience of this product is great.”
“Not great. The hose is excellent but there should be a HUGE WARNING on your website that your hose connecters will not fit well on non Hoselink products. I would NOT recommend your product without advising the person I was recommending it to that they would need to purchase the whole range of Hoselink products in order for it to work well.”
“The actual Hoselink system is great. Unfortunately I had to order a hose joiner set as the hose was cut in half by an unknown third person. ( by a knife or other sharp object whilst watering some trees on the footpath at the front of our home )I have followed all the instructions to connect the joiner set. With help by soaking in hot water was able to connect with the O ring in the correct area. After connecting the hose various times it keeps coming apart when water is turned on. Any suggestions on how to fix ?”
