“Old design with existing inbuilt flaws. The o-ring eventually flattens and ends up leaking and need replacement regularly. Please fix it...either a more durable o-ring or tighter joins.”

We do offer replacement o-rings with no postage cost to be sent out to customers should they need them, and our hose reels also come with spares in every purchase due to their easily-lost nature.
