“We had to connect a short piece of old hose to our tap because it wasnt long enough as we had to more the hoselink to another spot. We had an old connector which fitted the 12mm, but unfortunately the pressure of the water was to powerful, and it kept leaking. So I ordered the hose joiner set, and no more leaking. Very strong and it won't pull apart. So happy I bought this, it works perfectly, don't have to worry anymore of wasting water.”
“Good, free postage was a bonus. It took me a few minutes to work out that the spare O ring was for between connector and other fittings (not part of assembling the connector to the hose). It's been a few years since I have replaced one”
