“Hi, Purchased Hose End Connector because my Hose end connectors with shut off valve continually break think i have 4 broken now. The small yellow control valve is so poorly designed, drop the end of the hose and it is sure to break. When ALL of the other Hose Link products are so good it is a shame that a better design or better material (.say Stainless Steel) could not be used. Love my Hose Link Equipment disappointed with End Connector with Control Valve. Thanks”

“I had a great deal of trouble trying to get the 2 ends to screw together. There is a very subtle difference in shape that needs to be marked so you can get the ends to join. I had to ask my neighbor to screw it together as I couldn't get enough push to do so. Have lots of this product & this is the first time that I have encountered this problem.”
Hi Jenny, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that it was difficult to fitting on the hose end connections. We always recommend using some boiling water to expand the hose to make it easier to push onto the connections.
