So i did buy some to try out and i love them, so simple to use and solid fittings i wished i had tried sooner. I love them and have purchased more for other gardens i have to tend to”

The retract system is very smooth and easy to lock the hose from pulling back whilst moving freely watering the yardHoweverThe spray watering gun is not a comfortable thing to hold whilst using. The grip feels like it’s going to tear your hands apartThere is no swivel so the hose is constantly trying to twist your wrist when watering which in turn makes this whole premium watering experience dismal and very uncomfortable. The ergonomics of the watering spray gun needs work. I’m close to sending this product back purely because there’s no free use swivel where the gun connects to the hose and the gun ergonomicsEverything else is great but pointless when being forced to have tour wrist twisted and an uncomfortable grip”
