“The hose I have is many years old and the fittings appeared to have deteriorated& so when I approached the company to see what we could do to stop the leaks they ended up replacing my 3 fittings for the price of the postage. Very impressive!”
“Overall, not great. Ive had multiple flow controllers and multiple spray nozzles that failed after about three or four months. This is due to a design fault which I believe is caused by the small plastic lug that turns the valve ball. If this part was metal (costing you probably an extra 4c per item?? Just guessing ) then the valve ball would turn without fault. The spray nozzle shoots water from the side where the flow control lever attaches to the body. Again, important moving parts that are made from cheap plastic.
If you have any positions available in the design department, Id be very happy to give this a go, possibly costing you a fraction more in the manufacturing process, but overall saving you money when your customers keep coming back to you because your products are excellent quality. .
If I owned this iconic Australian company, Id want it to be the very best, ( almost like Hills hoists) rather than manufacturing offshore with using cheap plastic with the goal of lining shareholders pockets - which is ultimately, in the long term, just like shooting yourselves in the foot.
Just my 2c. Id also like to add that I held the highest possible level of hope that for once I had found a hose system that was SOLID. Yours is not.

“Installation was straight forward. Components were quality and the finished setup which comprised 18 mist heads (360 degree) works without a hitch in our atrium. We use the system to both cool the area on those hot days but also to provide a mist spray periodically for our extensive fern, orchid and succulents in the atrium. The system was everything we expected. As a suggestion though it would be great if there were misting heads that could be inserted in the system that could be individually controlled so we can use the cooling part if the system only when we need it! This would allow us to have a single circuit of water supply rather than two specialised circuits!”
