“I used this product to replace a hose end connector with flow control. (It was the second one to break.)Now I have no leaks. Also think the flow control was not necessary because the sprayer can be held on or off. I first ordered the wrong part and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and efficient in altering the order for me. Many thanks to her. Delivery was prompt.”

“I have three hose link hoses and fittings to match. Bought by the family as presents. The Hoselink connections between the hose and fitting after a couple of years all leak and spray water and constantly come apart if you slightly twist your hand while watering, covering you with water, which is damn annoying to put it nicely! .... By the end of any watering session if you don't take care you end up with soaked pants and shoes. They require you to hold the connection and hose with both hands to stop this happening.I have replaced every washer and this still doesn't relieve the problem. The plastic connection just wears out, the ones connecting to the tap are fine as they don't get any movement, but between hose and fittings there hopeless. My son also experienced the same problem and has now cut and thrown the connections away and gone with another brand. I haven't come to that yet. But I can see it as an option very soon.My previous hose with connections by another company lasted over 10 years without a problem. Such a shame, I try to support an Australian brand, and get let down. It's a product failure in my opinion, you base your whole advertising of this product on your connections. .”
