“I ordered an incorrect part. The part I needed was unavailable as a separate item. The Hoselink customer service department was so helpful in helping to supply the correct part.
I have been using Hoselink products for years and it is the first part that has broken.

“I also had a broken ‘lever’ on one of my smaller portable Hoselink reels and when I contacted you about this in the past year I was told you don’t that that as a spare part - disappointing. I went ahead and purchased a Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer to replace the spray head, only to find the grip/handle is shorter and doesn’t fit my hand. I can’t imagine whose hand that would fit. Overall I’m a little disappointed with all my Hoselink items because after years of putting up with various leaky nozzles/head spray units I saw you TV advertising about ’no more drips’ and decided to buy your products - but they leak just like everybody else’s.”
